Progress Can Be Made, Even Through The Most Trying Times
After having a grand mal seizure in July on this year, I didn't think I'd be able to save the business along with heal myself. I tried to keep coming in, opening the cart, spending time with my customers, and my body flat out said "No". I strongly believe everything happens for a reason, and that's what kept my head above water. I have a lot of experience in the catering world despite my young age, and I knew that was the way to go. But it was a very big change to make within 1 year of being in business. I took on my first official wedding in August of 2022. I tackled the second in September. First big market the next week. In October of this year I was blessed to be able to serve a very special bride and groom and work with Wish Upon a Wedding. November of this year, on the eve of the 1 year anniversary of ReCoop, I got one of my biggest jobs yet. Nike allowed us to serve some of their most cherished designers and staff at a beautiful event. Summer of 2023 is almost fully booked. Don't let ANYTHING slow you down. Own every challenge and make it work in your favor. Progress can be made, even through the most trying times.
